Boiler Pipe

• Low-medium pressure pipe

The low-medium pressure pipe is produced under GB3087 standard, used as the heating surface pipe of the low and medium pressure boilers, which operating pressure is not more than 5.88Mpa, and operating temperature is below 450℃.

• High pressure pipe

The high pressure pipes is produced under GB3087、GB5310、DIN17175、ASME SA-106、ASME SA -210M、ASME SA -213M、ASME SA -335M and other referred standards. The high pressure pipe is always used in high pressure boilers (which the operating pressure is over 9.8Mpa, the operating temperature is between 450℃ and 650℃) as the heating surface pipe, and economizer, superheater, reheater and petrochemical industry, etc.

• Nuclear power pipe

The nuclear power pipe is produced under GB 5310、ASTM A106、ASTM A335 standards. And it’s used in usual main steam line and main feed water system.
 
Until now, the company are able to produce massively over 20 verities, low-medium pressure pipe, high pressure pipe, high alloy pipe, to name a few. And it has successfully rolled T91、SUP304H and rifled tube.

We offer both seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe on this product.

Application:

• Low-medium pressure pipe: Low-medium pressure boiler header and steam pipe.
• High pressure pipe: Water wall, superheater, reheater and economizer; T91、P91 and Super304H and other high-end products; large diameter high pressure boiler tube used in header and connecting pipeline; alumina digestion project; red mud conveying pipe.
• Nuclear power pipe: Heat exchanger, steam converter, and cooling water supply water pipeline.
